At CTC Performance, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your items are not a perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn products with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and choose between a refund or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels remain attached to avoid processing delays.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
